CommUNITY is in this Latina’s blood! I’m a Yin Yoga Teacher & Sound Meditation Facilitator that’s focused on sparkling from the inside, out . From NYC to LA, there is a trail of inspired, empowered and energized individuals I’ve been blessed to touch. After following my heart to move across the country, I felt so lonely being away from my NYC bubble & family. Community was the catalyst to my yoga journey and is also what inspired me to teach yoga! Sound healing is what connected me with my soul’s calling for rest. My classes and sessions are immersed with the teachings of mindful living and have enabled me to extend my community outside of the studio, and into the media world where I host the “Be You Too Full” audio podcast and video podcast.

What’s influenced me

My inner nerd, comes from being a science major that’s worked as an educator in medical devices for 14 years.  I most recently spent the last 7 years educating surgeons and their teams on the technical operation of a surgical robot.  My time in the operating room is the foundation for my passion in teaching and has personally expanded my awareness of stress and it’s diseased impact on the body.

I feel that to blossom as a teacher, it's important to be a devoted student of life.  For this reason, I’ve completed various training modalities in Katonah Yoga with Mary Dana Abbott , Art of Assisting from Baron Baptiste Yoga, Mark Stephens, Anatomy & Asana immersion with Emilie Perz and Breathwork training with Marlize Joubert. Along with intensive training in Yin Yoga with Yoga Loft, Quigong with Mark Tanaka, Sound Healing with Susy Markoe Schieffelin and an apprenticeship in Acupressure and Yoga integration with Hydra Yoga.

So in a nutshell…

Regardless of the environment, my dream life is to invite people to explore and discover their fullest selves through an intimate relationship with their mind and bodies.
