 She supports flexibility with strength through a structured practice, incorporating elements of Katonah Yoga. Additionally, as a true lover of movement, she fills her free time with various types of exercise and often draws inspiration from multiple disciplines like barre and pilates for her classes.

 She teaches her techniques in hopes of helping you or inspiring you on your own personal journey.

Personally, she loves developing her own plant-based recipes, sunsets, and learning about the human brain.
