Alexis believes yoga is a way of life, rooted deeply in compassion and a desire for inner freedom, and sees the practices as a way to access our innate inner wisdom and the truth that lives within each of us.
With a love for both the traditional and creative sides yoga has to offer, her asana classes are challenging and well-rounded, often incorporating options for arm balances & inversions as well as elements of breathwork, meditation and mantra. Her Yoga Nidra classes are infused with sound, spiritual elements, and unearthing stuck emotions & energy.
Off the mat she also has a passion for helping people access their inner wisdom and truth, and is a Life Coach who works with people to move powerfully into the lives they truly want.
Loves: her Brussels Griffon, Smidgen (and all pups!), traveling, boba and connecting with other humans :)
